Most companies use glass networks in an effort to control glass repair
or replacement costs. What’s your responsibility? Call the glass network listed below for your auto carrier. The network will take details of the glass damage, and help you set up an appointment with a local shop of your choice, OR most shops in the area will call the glass network for you. They key is either you or the shop must call the glass network prior to making repairs.
Give the glass network your policy number and they should be able to look up your coverage. You’ll need to give your vehicle information and date the loss occurred. If you have any questions, feel free to give Wooldridge Insurance Agency a call at 712-255-7644, ask for the Claims Department.
The repair or replacement bill will be sent directly to the network by the glass shop. If you’re having glass replaced, you will only need to pay your deductible to the shop at time of service. If it’s just a chip repair, the deductible is normally waived.
